Those Who Were Killed
We come here to remember those who were killed, those who survived and those changed forever. May all who leave here know the impact of violence. May this memorial offer comfort, strength, peace, hope and serenity.
Emilio Tapia

"Emilio Rangel Tapia, 50, of Oklahoma City was a customer at the Social Security office. Tapia attended the Tabernacle of Faith Church at SW 29 and Pennsylvania. A friend said Tapia's son, Manuel, had come to Oklahoma City from Mexico for his funeral service and to take his body home for burial. A funeral home spokeswoman said Tapia was buried in San Felipe Cemetery in San Felipe, Guanajuato, Mexico. "
